The new stage of the second edition of Bakery 3.0 is scheduled in Rome, just over a month after the Bari road show. The event, organized by Italian Gourmet and “Il Panificatore Italiano” magazine with trade associations, will focus on the topics of production,organization and of the communication In the area of baking.
The proceedings of the Rome workshop will open on Sunday, May 21, at 9 a.m. at the Royal Rowing Club Tevere Remo (Lungotevere in Augusta 28).
