From November 17 to 19, Molini Spigadoro will participate in the Gourmet Food Festival at Lingotto Fiere in Turin, a major event open to foodies and anyone interested in learning about Italian and world food and wine excellence.

The new event is a collaboration between GL events and Gambero Rosso, one of the most important national and international brands in the industry and partner of Molini Spigadoro for the “Il Bello del Buono” project. The heart of the event will be the large central square dedicated to the “culture” of food, divided into four thematic areas: products and cuisine, the world of dessert, bread and pizza and beverage.

During the event there will be a rich program of events and appointments featuring Gambero Rosso Channel talent and the most beloved personalities of the national food and wine scene, including Carlo Cracco, Gino Sorbillo, Iginio Massari and Igles Corelli. Molini Spigadoro, a partner in the event, will be present with its wide range of flours only from dehulled wheat and innovative products with added value in terms of nutrition, processing and image.
