Molini Spigadoro between Food Experience and Primi d’Italia Junior

From Sept. 29 to Oct. 2, Molini Spigadoro is participating in I Primi d’Italia, the all-you-can-eat festival, as a sponsor of Primi d’Italia Junior.

The first and only National Festival of First Dishes will take place in the historic center of Foligno for four days full of tastings, showcooking by great chefs, cooking classes and moments of entertainment and spectacle. Among the many activities a “baby format” space where the youngest will be able to participate in fun and educational activities to learn through play the principles of healthy and proper nutrition and try their hand at preparing fresh pasta.

In the “Mani in Pasta” workshops, Molini Spigadoro products will be used: flours only from husked wheat and the brand new Gusto e Colore with fruit and vegetable extracts for healthy, colorful and cheerful pasta.

The same products will accompany the professionals of theUniversity of Flavors during “Food Experience“: interactive cooking demonstrations to witness under the direction of well-known chefs and exceptional testimonials the creation of first courses. Two appointments entitled “Cooks on point… we never pasta” of demonstration and tasting under the banner of quality raw materials and colorful and innovative ingredients from the clean label Molini Spigadoro.
