From November 13 to 15, Molini Spigadoro will participate in Gourmet Expoforum at Lingotto Fiere in Turin, Italy.
Now in its second edition, Gourmet Expoforum is themost innovative event in the Ho.re.ca. (Hotellerie, Restaurant, Catering) and Food&Beverage, aimed at the professional operators of today and tomorrow. A project born from the collaboration between GL events and Gambero Rosso, one of the most important national and international brands in the sector and partner of Molini Spigadoro for the “Il Bello del Buono” project.
A rich program of events curated by the Gambero Rosso team will take place during the event: conferences, workshops, tastings, editorial presentations and contests, focusing on future trends in professional catering. Prominent among these will be Molini Spigadoro products: flours only from husked wheat and innovative products with added value in terms of nutrition, processing and image.
