From March 19 to 22, we will be present at International Pizza Expo, the world’s leading trade show for the pizza industry, held annually at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
In addition to the wide range of flours dedicated to the various needs of pizza makers, Molini Spigadoro will present a new product dedicated to the American market: American Pizza Style. An exclusive blend created in collaboration with Pizza Chef Antonino Esposito and Chef Gino Rago of the US Pizza Team. Italian tradition meets American experience to meet Made in USA tastes and professional tools.
On March 20 at 1:30 p.m., Maestro Antonio Esposito will also do a demonstration of doughs with Molini Spigadoro flours at booth 2041 of AVPN – Verace Pizza Napoletana Association.
