From April 6 to 8, the The City of Pizza, the event dedicated to pizza that hosts Italy’s best pizza makers at the Guido Reni District in Rome (Flaminio area). Molini Spigadoro will be present with its high-quality flours with which the Master Pizzaioli will prepare healthy and tasty doughs.
On Saturday, April 7, at 2 p.m., Antonino Esposito, Luca Antonucci and Cristiano Garbarino will prepare doughs with special flours such as spelt flour, rice flour and hemp sativa flour for uniquely flavored pizzas under the banner of creativity.

On Sunday, April 8 at 4 p.m., Andrea Serricchio will show tricks and secrets for making a good and tasty pizza with gluten-free flour.
