On April 9, 10 and 11, the World Pizza Championship, the world’s premier pizza competition in which more than 700 pizza makers from 38 countries will compete.
Molini Spigadoro will be there to support the professionals and collaborators attending the event. Directly from the U.S., Gino Rago and Michael La Marca of the US Pizza Team, Brand Ambassadors of Molini Spigadoro’s range of pizza flours specifically designed to meet the needs of the American market. Among the friends of “Casa Spigadoro” will compete Master Pizzaiolo Cristiano Garbarino, already ranked 4th in 2015, while award-winning Chef Antonino Esposito will participate as a judge.
