“Innovation makes you unique!”
This is the motto of Pastry 4.2, the course organized by Molini Spigadoro in collaboration with Geladis, a company specializing in the ice cream and pastry industry.
The course, aimed at professionals in the field of confectionery art, which will take place on Oct. 22 and 23, 2019 at Geladis headquarters in San Ferdinando di Puglia, will be taught by Pastry Chef Giulia Cernobeschi, who will illustrate techniques and secrets for making innovative pastry with surprising nuances.
On the program will be the preparation of a special breakfast with Molini Spigadoro Special Flours (croissants and brioche with Hemp flour, Venus Rice and Red Rice), original and tasty desserts thanks to Gusto&Colore natural dyes (colorful shortcrust pastry, TiramiSuper and multicolor Croquembouche) and, last but not least, the preparation of desserts that can amaze (colorful and dried fruit tarts, beer creamy, colorful meringue clouds).
A certificate will be issued to all participants at the end of the two-day event.Please note that participation is free of charge but there are 30 places available.
