Consumers have rewarded Molini Spigadoro’s commitment to innovative and clean label products.
During the awards evening, held last night March 15 at Alcatraz in Milan, Dr. Mario Cucchia – CEO of Molini Spigadoro – picked up the “PRODUCT of the YEAR” award on an international stage alongside other major food brands.

There are seven references of selected blends suitable for various uses: Old Bread, 7 Cereals, Pizza and Focaccia, Soft Cake, Pastries, Fresh Pasta, Manitoba and four BIO references: PaneBIO, Pizza and FocacciaBIO, SweetBIO, ManitobaBIO. Three references of special flours are added: Red Rice Mix, Venus Rice Mix e Hemp Green Mix; and 4 Gusto&Colore references; GustoGREEN, GustoRED, GustoPINK e GustoYELLOW.
All products are clean label, with 100% natural ingredients with no added synthetic elements. Farine Mix is the only line on the market based on type 1 or type 2 flours only from dehulled wheat, and adds natural improvers such as wheat germ and malted wheat flour. There are also special flours that are unique in taste and aroma, such as hemp, venus rice and red rice. The plant extracts then are the result of a special processing that safeguards the pigment of the raw material, giving the powders a typical coloring suitable for characterizing creams and doughs. With Gusto e Colore you can finally say goodbye to synthetic dyes. In both cases, the packaging is also a distinctive element, thanks to the attention to detail and the choice of images.

THE FARINS.

The most important market research on innovation in Italy-conducted by IRI-is based on a representative panel of the Italian population between the ages of 15 and 65. Using a questionnaire, consumers evaluated products divided into product categories. For each category, the product that among competitors obtained the highest arithmetic mean between innovation and satisfaction was elected.

The consumer today is subjected to multiple and repeated stimuli both in terms of product information, purchasing channels and new product categories. He is evolved and attentive, aware that he has an almost infinite amount of choice at his disposal and certainly not willing to settle. In this context, where the average time spent in front of the shelf has risen to 15 to 20 seconds, the characteristics of product visibility and distinctiveness become central to purchase finalization.
