A weekend of events and tastings to discover the new Molini Spigadoro products, designed for those who want to combine taste, color and healthy eating.
Vegetable charcoal, hemp sativa flour from dehulled and de-oiled seeds will be able to be tasted in creative preparations by Pastry Chef Silverio of Pasticceria Edoardo: tozzetti, cookies and cute YoYo. Within the dedicated space, it will also be possible to purchase packages of Chef in Black (special powdered vegetable charcoal for baked goods) and Nutridea (Sativa Hemp flour). You can thus give free rein to your imagination in the kitchen and amaze your guests with innovative and colorful dishes.
