Panel Test: innovative products based on cereals, fiber and wheat germ.

Molini Spigadoro, together with the University of Perugia, presents the results of research conducted in recent years on cereals, fiber and wheat germ, combining the descriptive part with a GUIDED TASTING. This sees the participation of a panel of researchers and university professors, representatives of the Umbria Region and the business world. It will be a “great opportunity” to talk about nutrition and health with food experts and with some of the research groups that participated together with Molini Spigadoro SpA in the National Agrifood Cluster and other regional projects.
