The project to organize a volleyball team that would be successful on a national scale, which took shape six years ago, has finally succeeded. The Sir Safety Conad Perugia, of which Molini Spigadoro is an official sponsor, is Italian Champion.
With the historic result of Umbrian volleyball at the PalaEvangelisti, Sir Safety Perugia beats Lube Civitavecchia 3-0 in Game 5 valid for the title of Italian Volleyball Champions. This brings to a close a resounding year that saw the Block Devils also win the Italian Supercup and Coppa Italia, thus achieving a legendary hat trick.
A victory that demonstrates the effort of an entire region that with its economic excellences has managed to impose itself on realities with more history.
