From May 15 on air the new program of Gambero Rosso Channel,“Sweet Giulia”: Monday through Friday at 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Sky channel 412. Promising young pastry chef Giulia Cerboneschi will create sweet masterpieces with Molini Spigadoro’s exclusive flours and products.
Giulia Cerboneschi is just over 25 years old, but for more than eight she has worked in the kitchens and workshops of Italy’s best restaurants, so much so that she was awarded Best Emerging Pastry Chef by the Gambero Rosso Guide. After a few years of apprenticeship, she worked at Le Calandre da Alajmo from 2010 to 2013, then moved to Isola Rizza and then to Verona following Perbellini where she remained until earlier this year. For the first time in front of the cameras, Giulia will illustrate the preparation of great pastry classics such as fruit tart, pavlova, black forest, monte bianco, lemon cake, strudel, chocolate cake, charlotte, etc.
In each episode, Giulia will present a pastry classic and its revised version, both made with the flours for cakes only from dehulled wheat from Molini Spigadoro, partner of Gambero Rosso Academy.
