Starting June 14, every Wednesday, it returns to the screens of the Gambero Rosso Channel, Sky channel 412 the program “Golfinger” by Andrea Golino sponsored by Molini Spigadoro.
Now in its fifth season, the format dedicated to finger cuisine offers gastronomic tips and recipes to enhance the raw material with a cuisine suitable for all occasions, original and fun. Each episode will be dedicated to a chef, who will duet with Andrea Golino-hence the subtitle “du’etti “-presenting a dish that will be reinterpreted in a finger food version.
Accompanying the chefs in the creation of the recipes will be Molini Spigadoro exclusive flours and products , partner of Gambero Rosso Academy. Not only the classic fiber-rich flours from dehulled wheat, but also exclusive blends and food ingredients with coloring properties designed for abalanced, healthy and cheerfuldiet.
The appointment with “Golfinger” is every Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. and repeated on Saturdays and Sundays at 4:30 p.m.
