The first “Bottega dei Talenti” course organized by the National Opera Foundation for Boys’ Towns in collaboration with Gambero Rosso will begin on Monday, October 2. Molini Spigadoro flours and products will accompany teachers and young people during the classes.
It starts with pizza: Giancarlo Casa of Gatta Mangiona (Rome), Luca Pezzetta of Osteria di Birra del Borgo (Rome) and Marco Rufini of Casale Rufini (Palestrina), together and coordinated by the Gambero Rosso Academy, will lead the youngsters on a discovery of the pizza-making profession: from the basics to the choice of raw material, reviewing types and styles, from round to shovel to Roman and pan pizza.
An important initiative to involve outstanding individuals and businesses in the growth of young guests of Boys’ Town to develop their talents, introduce them to vocational training and prepare them to be active and responsible citizens.
