The new series of “Margherita and Her Sisters” will air every Tuesday fromOct. 11 at 12 noon and 9:30 p.m. on Gambero Rosso Channel, Sky channel 412.

Now in its third series, the Gambero Rosso Channel format explores the world of pizza and does so by telling the stories of “yesterday, today and tomorrow” of pizza makers, of pizza but also of territories with their excellences such as Tramonti paese dei pizzaioli or Vico Equense home of pizza a metro.
A fascinating journey guided by food and wine journalist Monica Piscitelli will feature great master pizza makers Renato Bosco, Antonello Cioffi, Pietro Parisi, Enzo Piccirillo, Vincenzo Esposito, Antonio Starita, Gino Sorbillo, Pasqualino Rossi, Guglielmo Vuolo and Michele Leo.
Molini Spigadoro’s professional products, partner of Gambero Rosso Academy, have been chosen to work alongside Maestro Luca Antonucci, who each episode will reveal useful tips and recipes for making pizza at home as well as in a pizzeria.
