for healthy and tasty ice creams
Let us take a good look at the colors of the ice cream, do they seem to reflect the raw material in the name? If they are too bright, if apple is green like mint, watermelon is red, and strawberry is too pink-even in winter-it is likely that the colors of the ice cream are not natural, but substances are used to help them be that way.
On the one hand, it is true that some extracts used to make ice cream have no color, for example, the oil that is obtained from mint leaves is colorless, as is the juice extracted from watermelon, melon and other fruits. However, to make ice creams, mousses, parfaits and sorbets more inviting, there are alternatives to chemical dyes. The products in the Taste and Color line are natural food colorings with ingredients extracted only from fruits and vegetables, which give ice cream preparations eye-catching and absolutely healthy colorings. What’s more, very small amounts of product-2/4 g of powder per liter of milk-are enough to achieve the desired color!
