The colorful mini sandwiches are perfect for a party or a children’s snack. PREPARATION

Place the flour and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer.

Dissolve the yeast in the water, pour into the bowl and work at low speed. Add the salt and lard little by little.

Increase the speed to string the dough evenly.

Remove the dough from the bowl and transfer it to a work surface. Divide the dough into four equal parts.

To each part add the Flavor and Color mixture to form rolls of different colors.

Work each block with your hands to incorporate the color well.

Transfer the dough into 4 bowls, cover with cling film and leave to rise until it doubles in volume.

Divide each loaf into four small parts of approximately 40/42 g each.

Press the rolls to obtain a smooth surface and transfer them to a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Leave to rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Beat an egg yolk with two tablespoons of milk and brush the rolls.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and cook in a hot oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
