Ingredients
- 100 g Manitoba flour
- 300 g of Sweet Soft flour
- 200 g of milk flakes
- 100 g of lukewarm water
- 5 g dehydrated yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 3 level tablespoons of sugar
- 2 level teaspoons of salt
- For brushing: 1 yolk and 1 tablespoon of milk

Preparation
- In a bowl put the flakes, egg, sugar, yeast, barely warm water and baking soda.
- Stir with a spoon and add the Manitoba flour.
- Mix, adding one tablespoon of Sweet Soft flour at a time, until very soft but still workable. Also add the salt.
- Knead for a long time so that the milk flakes are well mixed in.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until it triples in volume.
- Now deflate the dough and divide it into 15 pieces, form them into small rolls and let them rise for about 1 hour covered with a cloth.
- Then brush them with egg yolk beaten with a little milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 18-20 minutes.
