Make the most colorful and tasty crackers at home! With this quick and easy recipe, you’ll have crunchy, tasty snacks perfect for appetizers or snacks. Find out how to make them with simple ingredients!
Ingredients for 50 crackers
- 200 g of Pizza and Focaccia flour with type 1 flour and wheat germ
- 100 ml Water
- 50 g of Parmesan cheese
- 40 ml of Oil
- Chopped rosemary
- Salt up
- Pepper
- Taste Green

Proceedings
Prepare 4 bowls and in each add: flour, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, pepper and the vegetable dye (a different one for each dough). Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add oil and water, then knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
Roll out the doughs very thin, then cut them out with a 6×6 cm cookie mold.
Place the crackers on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then brush the surface with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes (depending on thickness), then take out of the oven and let cool.
