Ingredients for 12 pancakes
- 3 Eggs
- 70 g of Sugar
- 200 g of cottage cheese
- 100 ml of Milk
- 100 ml of cream
- 130 g of Sweet Flour Soft
- 1 teaspoon vanilla baking powder
- 1 knob of butter
- Green flavor 1 g
- Yellow flavor 2 g
- Red flavor 3 g
- Vegetable charcoal 1 g

Proceedings
In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with the sugar and sifted baking powder.
Add the eggs, flour, milk, and cream. Mix again until the mixture is smooth.
Divide the mixture into 4 bowls, then add a different dye to each.
Stir until the color has blended evenly.
Melt a knob of butter in a nonstick skillet, then pour in a ladleful of mixture and cook each pancakes on both sides over medium-low heat.
Stack the pancakes on a plate, then garnish with fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries etc) and pour a little honey or syrup.
