Ingredients
- 150 g of Gluten Free flour
- 100 g almond flour (certified gluten-free)
- 250 g of fresschissima ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 180 g of sugar
- 120 g of melted butter
- 1 sachet of yeast (certified gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon of natural vanilla essence
- Powdered sugar to taste (certified gluten-free)
Proceedings
Place the butter the sugar and vanilla in a boule and beat the mixture to a cream with whips.
Then add one egg at a time, the flours, baking powder, and finally the ricotta cheese.
Mix the mixture well and pour into a buttered and floured doughnut mold and bake at 170° for 35 to 40 minutes.
