Soft cake with chestnut flour and semi-wheat flour with tangerine jam

Ingredients

soft cake with type 2 flour

Proceedings

In a bowl, we whip the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and mix the mixture.

Combine the flours, baking powder, salt, mandarin marmalade and mix until smooth.

Pour the dough into a 22-cm mold and bake for 20 to 35 minutes, ventilated oven.

Bake, let cool, and cover with powdered sugar.
