Ingredients
- 4 level tablespoons of mandarin marmalade
- 75g Molini Spigadoro semintegral flour
- 75 g of chestnut flour
- 3 eggs
- 150g of room temperature butter
- 150g caster sugar
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- powdered sugar to taste

Proceedings
In a bowl, we whip the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and mix the mixture.
Combine the flours, baking powder, salt, mandarin marmalade and mix until smooth.
Pour the dough into a 22-cm mold and bake for 20 to 35 minutes, ventilated oven.
Bake, let cool, and cover with powdered sugar.
