Soft Yellow Raspberry Pancakes

Pancake Soffici ai Lamponi Gialli: Ricetta Facile e Veloce per una Colazione Gourmet

Delight the youo palate with these fluffy pancakes enhanced by the unique taste of yellow raspberries. A quick and easy recipe, perfect for a breakfast that will impress your guests.


Recipe for about 10 pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh eggs
  • 4 level tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of seed oil
  • 180 ml of whole milk
  • 200 g of Molini Spigadoro SWEET SOFT Flour Mix
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of YELLOW TASTE
  • Greek yogurt
  • Fresh yellow raspberries: for a surprising splash of color and flavor.

Proceedings

Dough Preparation:

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the flour mixture.
  • Gradually add the milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
  • Add the seed oil and mix.
  • Add Gusto Yellow and stir to mix.

Pancake baking:

  • Heat a nonstick skillet and grease it lightly with seed oil.
  • Pour half a ladleful of the mixture into the hot pan.
  • Cook the pancake until bubbles form on the surface and the base is golden brown.
  • Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.

Decoration:

  • Arrange the pancakes on a plate and decorate them with Greek yogurt and fresh yellow raspberries.
  • For an extra touch, add a drizzle of maple syrup.
  • Decorate with other seasonal fruits to vary the flavors.
