Delight the youo palate with these fluffy pancakes enhanced by the unique taste of yellow raspberries. A quick and easy recipe, perfect for a breakfast that will impress your guests.
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh eggs
- 4 level tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons of seed oil
- 180 ml of whole milk
- 200 g of Molini Spigadoro SWEET SOFT Flour Mix
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of YELLOW TASTE
- Greek yogurt
- Fresh yellow raspberries: for a surprising splash of color and flavor.
Proceedings
Dough Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add them to the flour mixture.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add the seed oil and mix.
- Add Gusto Yellow and stir to mix.
Pancake baking:
- Heat a nonstick skillet and grease it lightly with seed oil.
- Pour half a ladleful of the mixture into the hot pan.
- Cook the pancake until bubbles form on the surface and the base is golden brown.
- Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
Decoration:
- Arrange the pancakes on a plate and decorate them with Greek yogurt and fresh yellow raspberries.
- For an extra touch, add a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Decorate with other seasonal fruits to vary the flavors.
