In today’s recipe we see how to make terrifying Halloween cupcakes: tasty treats with a cocoa base decorated with fresh cream and chocolate chips. Pastry Flour and Vegetable Charcoal were used to make the recipe.

Introduction
The Halloween Cupcakes

Ingredients
for 12 cupcakes
- 150 g of Pastry Flour
- 5 g of Vegetable Charcoal
- 60 g of bitter cocoa
- 150 g of sugar
- 80 g of butter
- 200 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml of fresh cooking cream
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- chocolate chips

Preparation
Let’s now see how to prepare the recipe step by step:
- Melt the butter, then let it cool without letting it harden again.
- Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix with a fruit the various dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, charcoal, sugar, baking powder, salt.
- Put the liquid ingredients-egg, milk, butter-in another container and stir with a ladle.
- Combine the contents of the two bowls together.
- Mix well with the help of a whisk, preferably an electric one.
- Line the cupcake mold with the paper cupcake cases.
- Pour in the mixture, filling the mold 2/3 full.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Bake and allow to cool.
- Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar.
- Prepare a pastry bag with a 5-mm round nozzle with the cream.
- Create a small mound on the cupcakes.
- Form the eyes of the ghosts with the chocolate chips.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
