Multicolor scones: discover the quick and easy recipe for making fluffy scones with type 1 and type 2 flour, perfect for a tasty appetizer or savory snack. Tasty, light and colorful!
Ingredients for 4-8 people
- 250 g Ancient Bread Flourwith type 2 flour and wheat germ
- 250 g Manitoba flour with type 1 flour and wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 g of dehydrated brewer’s yeast
- 400 ml of lukewarm water
- 4 tablespoons of Oil
- Oil
- Coarse salt
- Rosemary
- Taste Green
- Yellow Taste
- Gusto Red
- Pink Taste

Proceedings
Take a ladleful of warm water from the total dose, then pour it into a small bowl and dissolve the yeast in it with sugar and honey. Allow bubbles to form.
Mix flours with salt, then add active yeast, remaining water, and oil. Mix with a ladle until the mixture is sticky.
Divide the mixture into 4 bowls, then add a different dye to each and mix until the color is evenly distributed.
Cover each bowl with plastic wrap and let rise about 2 hours.
Spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and greased with oil, then roll it out lightly with your fingers and cover with coarse salt and rosemary. Pour in oil and let rise 30 min.
Bake in a ventilated oven at 180° until the surface begins to brown, then use warm or cold.
