Ingredients
- 1 kg Mix Flour Pizza Etrusca
- 740 ml room temperature water
- 25 g fresh yeast (1 cube)
- 2 level teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoon of evo oil
Proceedings
- In a glass, dissolve fresh brewer’s yeast in half a glass of warm water. Stir gently until the yeast has completely dissolved.
- In a large bowl, pour the Etruscan Flour Mix and add the dissolved baking powder. Start stirring with a spoon or spatula.
- Add salt and extra virgin olive oil to the dough. Continue stirring, gradually adding the necessary water to make a smooth, homogeneous dough.
- Form a ball, put it in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 3 hours, or until the dough has doubled in volume.
- Spread the dough on the baking sheet, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise for another half hour.
- Preheat the oven to 250°C. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until pizza is golden brown and crispy.
