Homemade Rustic Bread Easy and Quick Recipe
A bread with an intense flavor; its scent takes us back in time, to when flour was not white, to walks in the middle of wheat fields…simple, genuine and rich memories and emotions just like this unique product!
Ingredients
- 1 kg Mix Rusticò Molini Spigadoro
- 750 ml room temperature water
- 25 g. fresh yeast (1 cube)
Proceedings
- Dissolve brewer’s yeast in 50 ml of lukewarm water.
- In a large bowl, pour the remaining water and add the dissolved yeast.
- Gradually incorporate the Molini Spigadoro Rusticò Mix, mixing well until the mixture is smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 1/2 hours, or until doubled in volume.
- After the rising time has elapsed, form a loaf with the dough and lay it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cover the loaf and let it rise for another hour and a half.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Bake the loaf and lower the temperature to 200°C. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown and well cooked.
For an even more fragrant bread, you can brush the surface with water before baking. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before cutting it.
