Vegan Recipes

What does it mean, really, to eat vegan? Excluding any food of animal origin from one’s diet. That’s what it means. And yes, even milk and dairy products, as well as eggs or honey.

This is an ethical choice that also consciously avoids all those foods that include small amounts of animal foods among their ingredients, such as lard or milk powder.

Vegan cooking, however, is not a synonym for “bad taste.” On the contrary, vegan recipes include theuse of ingredients such as seitan, tofu, quinoa, and lots of legumes. Not to mention desserts… Tasty and delicious as ever!

In this section of our online cookbook, you will find lots of vegan recipes, full of flavor and imagination.
