Pizza lovers, this Box is perfect for you! A selection of flour and exclusive ingredients for preparing healthy, tasty and colourful pizzas and focaccia. In addition to common wheat made only from dehusked grain, the new mixes with red and black rice flour from the very best Italian growers, hemp flour, vegetable charcoal and vegetable colourants with fruit and vegetable extracts. Pizza with a difference!

What it contains:

• Pizza and Focaccia flour mix (1 kg bag): only from dehusked grain. Mix of type 1 common wheat flour, wheat germ, rye sour dough and malted wheat flour. Ideal for thin crust pizza, tray-baked pizza and focaccia, by hand or with a bread-making machine.
• Vegetable charcoal (1 x 80 g sachet): a very fine, odourless, tasteless powder to create something new and amazing with an intense black. Ideal for oven-baked products as a substitute for bread, pizza, focaccia and cakes.
• Organic Pizza and Focaccia flour (1 kg bag): only from organic dehusked grain. Mix of type 1 common wheat flour, wheat germ, wheat sour dough and malted wheat flour. From organic farming. Ideal for thin crust pizza, tray-baked pizza and focaccia, by hand or with a bread-making machine.
• Gusto e Colore (a choice of 1 or more 80 g sachets of Gusto Green, Gusto Pink, Gusto Red, Gusto Yellow): concentrated and powdered extracts only from edible plants, fruit and vegetables, with colouring properties. These are powders with a distinctive taste to add bright colours and an appetising appearance. To add to doughs for oven-baked products, both sweet and savoury. They lend their characteristic colour and flavour even at high temperatures.
• Green Hemp Mix (1 x 500 g pack) combines the technological characteristics of Type 1 common wheat flour and the nutritional properties of red rice flour with a touch of creativity… spirulina algae and safflower.
• Venere Black Mix (1 x 500 g pack) combines the technological characteristics of type 1 common wheat flour with the nutritional and aromatic properties of Venere black rice flour made by milling whole grains, to produce an extremely fragrant, dark-coloured, full-bodied flour with an intense flavour. The rice used to produce the Mix is certified by the Filiera Riso Venere of Sapise which guarantees the authenticity and Italian origin (Authorisation No 801).
• Red Rice Mix (1 x 500 g pack)combines the technological characteristics of type 1 common wheat flour with the nutritional and flavour properties of red rice flour made by milling whole grains with red husks, with a final touch of creativity… beetroot. The rice used to produce the Mix is certified and grown exclusively in Piedmont, Italy in the Grange wetlands of Vercelli.
