What it contains:

• Gusto e Colore – a complete assortment (1 x 80 g sachet for each type of: Gusto Green, Gusto Pink, Gusto Red, Gusto Yellow): concentrated and powdered extracts only from edible plants, fruit and vegetables, with colouring properties. These are powders with a distinctive taste to add bright colours and an appetising appearance. To add to doughs for oven-baked products, both sweet and savoury. They lend their characteristic colour and flavour even at high temperatures.
• Green Hemp Mix (1 x 500 g pack) combines the technological characteristics of Type 1 common wheat flour and the nutritional properties of red rice flour with a touch of creativity… spirulina algae and safflower.
• Venere Black Mix (1 x 500 g pack) combines the technological characteristics of type 1 common wheat flour with the nutritional and aromatic properties of Venere black rice flour made by milling whole grains, to produce an extremely fragrant, dark-coloured, full-bodied flour with an intense flavour. The rice used to produce the Mix is certified by the Filiera Riso Venere of Sapise which guarantees the authenticity and Italian origin (Authorisation No 801).
• Red Rice Mix (1 x 500 g pack)combines the technological characteristics of type 1 common wheat flour with the nutritional and flavour properties of red rice flour made by milling whole grains with red husks, with a final touch of creativity… beetroot. The rice used to produce the Mix is certified and grown exclusively in Piedmont, Italy in the Grange wetlands of Vercelli.
