INGREDIENTS: type 0 soft wheat flour, rye flour, oat flour, barley flour, sunflower seeds, soybean gritz, sesame seeds, flax seeds, barley malt flour, malted wheat flour, dried soft wheat sourdough, salt, alpha amylase, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
IDEAL FOR: Ideal for rustic bread with multigrain and seed and grain flatbreads.
Also great for mixing with other flours to impart a unique and personalized taste.
