INGREDIENTS: Type 0 common wheat flour, whole spelt flour, soybean flour, dextrose, malted barley flour, emulsifier: E472(e), alpha amylase, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid (E300).
IDEAL FOR: Ideal for bread, pizza and spelt focaccia.
Also great for mixing with other flours to impart a unique and personalized taste.
