In today’s recipe we will see how to prepare a great pizza with Red Rice Flour. A really tasty variation of the traditional recipe, made with our Rice Flour Mix.

Ingredients
Pizza
- 1 kg Red Rice Mix
- 20 g salt
- 650 ml water
- 30 ml extra oil
- 20 g Natural Yeast
Topping
- Burrata
- Spicy Cherry Chilies Stuffed with Tuna
- Red lumpfish eggs
- Sprouts

Proceedings
- Place Red Rice Mix together with sourdough powder in the bowl of the planetary mixer and oxygenate for 4 minutes.
- Add the water, then the salt and oil a little at a time.
- Knead with the dough hook to make the dough string well, it will take about 10 minutes.
- Let rise in bulk for about 24 hours, the next day break up by the necessary proportions and let rise at room temperature until doubled in volume.
- After that time has elapsed, slide the dough onto a baking sheet previously greased with oil, spread it out with your hands, cover and let it rise at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Stuff and bake in the oven at about 300 degrees for 10 minutes.
