Ingredients

- 1 kg Black Venus Mix
- 20 g salt
- 40 g extra oil
- 700 g water
- 20 g Natural Yeast

- Red cabbage

- Sheep ricotta cheese
- Squid ink calamari
- Black lumpfish eggs
- Sprouts

Proceedings
Place the Venus Rice Mix together with the sourdough powder in the bowl of the planetary mixer and oxygenate for 4 minutes.- Add the water, then the salt and oil a little at a time.
- Knead with the dough hook to make the dough string well, it will take about 10 minutes.
- Let rise in bulk for about 24 hours, the next day break up by the necessary proportions and let rise at room temperatureuntil doubled in volume.
- After that time has elapsed, slide the dough onto a baking sheet previously greased with oil, spread it out with your hands, cover and let it rise at room temperature for about 2 hours.
- Stuff the pizza with rice flour and bake in a 300-degree oven about 10 minutes.
