More than 80 exhibitors will be present at the ninth edition of Madia Expo, including Molini Spigadoro. This year in a new location, in the historic Villa Brandolini d’Adda building, the annual event, organized by Madia for Horeca professionals, will take place.
It will be three intense days, from Sunday, March 31 to Tuesday, April 2, dedicated to the latest in Italian and international food service, with a large area dedicated to the raw materials of catering, White Art and pastry.
Each day will feature a main theme and several guests. Do not miss the day on Tuesday, April 2, with the theme. Pizza and Pastry! which will feature both Maestro Luca Antonucci and Pastry Chef Giulia Cerboneschi as guests and Ambassadors of Molini Spigadoro.
Master of White Art Luca Antonucci-present all three days of the event-will hold a number of demonstrations and showcooking in which he will explain how to prepare doughs for focaccia, pan pizzas, and Etruscan pizza, and will dedicate a showcooking entirely to making the perfect bread basket.
Pastry Chef Giulia Cerboneschi, on the other hand, will make various preparations using different types of pastry flour and Gusto e Colore natural dyes.
